Maintenance A
Little Help Required
Dear
members, If you would like to help keep our
costs/membership fees low and Drummond in tip top condition, then please
feel free to tackle any of the jobs listed
below.
There will be
regular maintenance mornings this season on Saturdays from 9.45-11am. Experts will be at hand to
motivate and delegate,
so come on down, up or along, we can do it!
Routine
Maintenance-
Sweep leaves,
litter and debris off courts (daily/weekly)
Sweep decking (weekly)
Cut grass/strim borders
(weekly)
Clear lane and entrance area
of litter, dumped rubbish and dog poooooo, yuk (weekly)
Weed courts, pond area,
lane area, club grounds (any time)
Roll
courts (weekly)
Wash Clubhouse windows
(when dirty)
Empty dishwasher
Stack Dishwasher
Clean the fridge, oven,
hob or anything else that has dirtiness on it within the kitchen area
Sweep and mop clubhouse
floor (anytime)
Trim hedges
Prune/cut trees in the
allotment and Club grounds
Trim the ivy
Prune and cut trees in the
lane
Paint decking (start
and end of
season)
Paint fencing & gates
(during season)
Paint/repair/tar roof
(during season)
Paint inside clubhouse
(start of season)
Paint outside clubhouse
(next season)
Paint fencing posts and
gate (during season)
Maintenance team please
note: JT should not be approached unless accompanied by an expert. Even then under no circumstances should anyone attempt to spruce him
up.
